At Gentle Grip, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
